The design of freight wagons has shown little innovation in recent decades. The TransANT wagon represents a sustainable further development in freight transport. The demand today is for a modular design that can be used universally for different types of goods. With TransANT, we achieve greater flexibility, can take different maintenance frequencies into account, and adapt to the logistics needs of our customers.

Joint Venture
TransANT GmbH is a joint venture based in Austria by voestalpine Stahl GmbH, TAS Group and ÖBB Rail Cargo Group. The new company with a strong corporate background is pursuing the visionary idea of revolutionizing rail freight transport in Europe. It develops and produces future-oriented, modular, and customized freight wagons for the whole of Europe.
The young company currently has 20 highly motivated employees, who really want to make a difference.
Our goal is clearly to be able to offer the optimal wagon solution to our customers and thus generate real added value. Through more efficient, sustainable wagon equipment, we work together with our customers to help make rail freight transport more competitive. I am particularly pleased to have the opportunity with TransANT to bring about change in the industry through customer focus and innovation.
